I mixed it up a bit and used the cart with the apple gift boxes. I cut the files on my Silhouette Cameo.

And here's a close up of the apple gift boxes.

I have used the fab Snapdragon Snippets backpack tri-fold 5x7 card. Just right to pop into your child's school bag to wish them luck on their first day back at school. Love the zipper on this! I also added some crayons along the bottom of the card and these are also from Snapdragon Snippets, from the Crayon card. They are both available in the SIL store.
I've used Papermill  Direct card for them all.

Now how about some blog hop prizes??

Papermill Direct Special Offer

Papermill have a special offer at the moment.

SAVE 15% ON A BOX OF AUTUMN COLOURS
This lovely Autumn Colour set of A4 card is available in a small or midi sized box at 15% off the normal box price.
The colours included are Bright Orange (240gsm), Daffodil Yellow (240gsm), Buff (260gsm), Forest Green (240gsm) and Mocha Brown (240gsm)
A small box is only £5.73 with the midi box being only £17.00.

This card has been made with the Mocha Brown card and I have used white embossing powder with some stamps. A little bit of gingham ribbon to set it off and a nice easy card.

This project used the Mocha Brown, Forest Green, Orange and Buff. I have used my Silhouette to make this faux book using a file by Snapdragon Snippets. The owl label is another file cut on the silhouette and is designed by Lori Whitlock. The inside of the box holds a gift card.

I've used Mocha Brown for the base and embossed the Orange to make the flap. The Buff has also been embossed with a spotty folder. I stamped and coloured the image and adhered her to the front of the die cuts. The inside also has Buff card and the same die cut has been used to decorate it.

And here's my card

Papertake Weekly's challenge is for Spots and Dots and the sketch for Sketch Saturday is this one.

I forgot just how much I love the D'arcy's Diaries stamps. This one is called Dog Walkies.
Hair and skin are coloured with Shin Hans and the rest with Spectrum Noirs. The papers are from MME - Lost and Found - Ruby. The tree has been cut with my Cammie. The decorative border is a punch by Martha Stewart. And finally the sentiment has been made with a label maker.

She is from the Polka Dot Pals range and is called Faye. I have coloured her with a Shin Han and Copic pens. The sentiment is from a Lili of the Valley set called Quotables - Go For It.

Spring Fling - SVG Attic

Today's post is for my first blog project with SVG Attic.
I have made a gorgeous little project that you could use as a centre piece for your garden table (if the weather is good!) or even to use inside to brighten any room up.
I have used the Spring Fling kit

Here's my project. You can find the blog post here.

Firstly I made up the tray box using a Kraft cardstock. I distressed it a little using some distress ink around the edges. The pinwheels have littel beaded embellishments in the middle to make them look extra pretty and I used green bendy straws to make them stand up in the tray. I made the kite and used acetate to stand it up and some blue twine to make it's tail and string.

I'm hoping you like what I made with the Spring Fling kit and have a go at making one yourself. It really is a lovely, summery kit.
