The svg file is from one of our new designers on Snapdragon Snippets - Crafty SVG Designs. I tried to cut it on my Cameo but it didn't cut it well enough so I tried to cut it on my Explore and it worked perfectly. And... this is the reason why I bought an Explore it cuts intricate cuts so much better.
I've used Papermill white linen card for all of it. I added glitter acetate to the very back of the card and also some fine glitter accents to the other layers. Which you can't see very well!!

I have cut these on Silhouette cameo many times without any trouble. I use a new blade and mat just for these intricate cards. Love the way you have used a glitter background.
