Time For Tea Designs Weekly Inspirational Card

Hi

Tuesday again and it's my turn for the weekly Time For Tea Designs Inspirational card.

I've used the cute "Happy Mom Cat Day" digi image.

Here's my card

I've coloured the image with Spectrum Noir Tri blends and framed it with a Molly Blooms stitch stamp.
The papers are Free Spirit by WRMK.
For the sentiment I borrowed the "You are awesome" from the T4T Toadally Awesome kit.

Don't forget we have an Anything Goes challenge going on at our Time For Tea Community Facebook page.

Cute Card Thursday Challege

Spring Fever

I took a different look at the theme and used some tiny springs underneath the toads. :0)

I've used a stamp and die set from Time For Tea Designs called "Toadally Awesome". It's available from Create & Craft and can also be bought individually.

I've used Spectrum Noir Triblends for the toads and colouring the vellum. The lillies and leaves have been embossed with fine white WOW embossing powder.
The little dragofly's wings have WOW clear sparkle embossing powder on them too.

The little springs are tiny little ones that easily fit onto a stamped image and already have adhesive on both of the surfaces.

This week we are sponsored by Di's Digi Stamps and one lucky winner will receive a $6 voucher for the store.

Good luck

Time For Tea Designs - Mermazing!

It's cold and rainy here in Scotland ideal crafting weather!

Today I'd like to show you my DT inspiration card for Time For Tea Designs.

I've used a cute little stamp and die set called "Mermazing".

You can buy Mermazing from Create & Crafte here

https://www.createandcraft.com/gb/pp/-mermazing-stamps-and-dies-collection-459281

It's available as a set or seperates.

I used a MFT die set called "Peek a boo window & edge" to shape the card and a stitched wavy edge die from the same company to make the waves.
The images have been stamped with black versafine ink and then I like to clear emboss the ink to help the pens stay in the lines.
I've used Spectrum Noir Triblends to colour the images.
Just to finish off the card I added a little silver starfish charm and some sequins.

Don't forget we have a monthly challenge on our Facebook Time For Tea community group and the theme is always Anything Goes.
You can find it here

Cute Card Thursday Challenge

Hi there.
Thursday again and it's the Cute Card Thursday Challenge time again.

I can't believe it but..... it's our 11th birthday this week!!! Wow time certainly flies.

This week's theme is

"Celebrate"

Here's my card

On Crafters Companion Neenah cardstock I have made the background using stamps by Creative Expressions and Stampin Up in a grey and red ink. For the silver circles I have used a WOW embossing powder.
The "Celebrate" is a SU stamp which I've coloured using a red copic pen and the little confetti bits have been embossed with the WOW powder.
I've layered up the sentiment and main images in first red then grey cardstock to make it "pop".

This week we are sponsored by All Dressed Up.

This week's challenge winner will receive two free digis of their choice from Wendy’s Etsy shop
As always the winner will be chosen using Random.org

Good Luck and I look forward to seeing your projects.

Time For Tea Designs

Hi there and it's my turn to show off my inspiration post for Time For Tea Designs today.
I have used a gorgeous clear stamp and die set called "Mermazing"

You can find the set here at Create & Craft
 https://www.createandcraft.com/gb/pp/-mermazing-stamps-and-dies-collection-459281

You can also buy the stamp set and dies seperately.

I have made a 3D shadow box card for my weekly project..

Here's the front view

Here you can see that I added an acetate layer so I could get some depth to the box

I added fish, seahorses and seaweed to the bottom layer and then one of each to the acetate layer.

I've used Copics to colour the images and alot of WOW embossing powders. For the background I used patterned paper with a sea theme and sprinkled blue mix embossing enamel onto it. The nets are chipboard which I embossed with a teal WOW embossing powder.

Don't forget we have a fantastic Facebook Community page which you can find here

https://www.facebook.com/groups/1310707962407855/

You can post your makes and also see all the DT's inspiration. We also have a monthly "Anything Goes" challenge on this page.

We'd love to see what you've been making!!

Have a good week

Time For Tea Designs DT Inspiration

Hi there,

today's post is for my DT inspiration for Time For Tea Designs. I've used one of the new releases for this card and is ideal to send to one of your crafty friends.

I've used Copic & Painter Bonnie for my card.

Load image into Gallery viewer, Copic & Painter Bonnie Digital Stamps                                                                                           Load image into Gallery viewer, Copic & Painter Bonnie Digital Stamps

I layered a white 6x6 card blank with a layer of Papermania grey cardstock and then a layer of die cut patterned paper.
The images have been coloured with Copics and then cut out leaving a small border with my Scan & Cut.
The "wonderful" sentiment came from the same pad as the patterned paper and again I layered it with the grey cardstock.
I used the computer to generate the sentiment and layered it onto the same grey cardstock.
The images were then adhered to the middle of the die cut apertures with 3D pads.
I thought it needed a little something more so I added a few silver sequins.

We still have an Anything Goes Challenge on the Time For Tea Community Facebook page here. It would be great if you could join us.

Have a great week
