We've just had our brand new DT package from Creative Expressions for this month so today I'm showing you a card I've made with just some of my package.
I've used a paper from the Tim Holtz Kraft Resist Paper Stash pad for the base and gone round with my sewing machine. Using some old book paper I stamped out the Blossoming Frame precut stamp in adirondak currant and the Steampunk Dressform in memento black. I cut an extra pair of the wings in black and also stamped a set out on the kraft resist paper.
I adhered the frame onto the card with glue and then adhered the dress from with glue adding the kraft wings so they set away from the page. I then distressed some of the crochet ribbon in white with walnut distress ink and using my machine sewed it along the left side of the card. I made a bow with the same ribbon and adhered it to the card. I then slipped the wings underneath the bow. I thought the Sam Poole art saying stamp If I had wings would suit this card, so stamped it out and cut it in half, distressed it and adhered it to the card.
Next week I'll be using the rest of my DT package.

Creative Expressions - Moo Cards
My Creative Expression project for today are a set of three Moo Cards.
I cut some card to 1" x 2.75", now not too sure I got the measurements right as there is conflicting advise on the net. I couldn't remember as I hadn't made them in a while. So feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
The backgrounds have been done with TH disress inks. I stamped the lovely Sam Poole Art Houses onto some old book pages and cut out random bits. Inked the edges and adhered them to the card. Simple but effective!!

My First Papermill DT Post - A Mother's Day Card
Hiya , here is my first Papermill DT post. It's a Mother's Day card and you can find a tutorial on the Papermill blog here.
All the card on my project is from A4 card from Papermill Direct.
White hammered card
Pink Sorbet Smooth card
The flowers have been made with 2 Tonic Punches and a Martha Stewart leaf punch.
The border is also a Martha Stewart border punch.
The "MUM" has been cut with my Cameo.
The full tutorial is on the Papermill blog.
Each week a different DT member will be posting on the blog, probably a great tutorial. But in between these the DT will be showing you their lovely projects made using the fab card from Papermill Direct. I can't stress enough how well it cuts with the Silhouette Cameo. I've tried lots of different cards but the Papermill card really is my first choice.

Homework
Robbyn is doing the Egyptians for a class project this term and her homework was to make an Egyptian game. We found one called Segou which is like our 0's and x's. So we made this.
I used card for the board and distressed it with a sanding block and then stamped on it with a crackle stamp using Walnut distress ink. The counters and images are all cut out with my Cammie. It took ages!!! I had to use white vinyl for the mummies as they were so intricate, they took a lot of weeding. The woman had to be cut out piece by piece too in different colours. I used Papermill card. Some of the pieces were tiny!! I then inked the edges and lightly went over them with the walnut ink.
Let's hope her teacher appreciates it!!
