Sketch Saturday

Another card in one day!! This one is for the Sketch Saturday Challenge.

And here's my card

Digi image;- Darcy's Diaries
Papers:- My Minds Eye-Love Me
Sentiment:- Creative Expressions-Art Sayings
Tree:- Memory Box-Arboscello tree.

The papers have been inked around the edges and stitched. I've coloured the image with Copics and added Diamond stickles to her wings and petticoat. The tree has been die cut and I inked it with distress ink and covered it with clear embossing powder. The sentiment has been cut into three.

Dancing in the rain

My turn to post on the My Mum's Craft Shop blog and I want to show you a card I made using some gorgeous products from the shop.

I've used a fab Stamping Bella Uptown girls stamp called Lolly and her brolly. Love the sentiment that comes with this stamp set. I've coloured her with Copics and cut around her. I cut the sentiment up into 3 pieces and inked the edges with a Tim Holtz Barn Door distress ink
The papers are all from a gorgeous new pad from Prima called Doodle Deux. The papers are really quirky and in great colours The vines are a die from Memory Box and this one is called Floral Vine. I cut it out with some of the same Prima papers. The flourish is another die by Cheery Lynn Designs and is called Mini Fanciful Flourish. Again I've cut it out of the same papers. The flowers are from a Spellbinder die and I've just curled the edges of two of the sizes to make a layered flower and then added a gem to the centre. All the background papers have been stitched with a zigzag stitch. Finally some little gems finished the card off.

Im off on an adventure today, don't know where! It's a lovely day and we travel free on the trains so we are just going to get on a train and see where it takes us. Have a lovely weekend.
