The gorgeous image is by a new digi stamp designer called Wendy Burns. You can see all of her cute stamps it her Etsy shop right here. I've coloured Little Patch Puppy with Copics but also added a little clear star gel pen to highlight some of the details. And I've also added some stitching around the papers.
