Again i've used Little Claire papers and this one is from the "Falling Snow" set.

This one has the "Pastel Tartan" papers.

And here is one of the papers again from the Falling Snow set.

And finally just a little tag using kraft card and white embossing powder.

I coloured the image with Copics and Shin Han pens and also paper pieced her with the same papers.

The other DT girls have made some gorgeous projects as always. Well worth a visit to see them here.

Quirky Quilts New Home Card

It's my turn on the Little Claire blog to make a Friday project.
I have made a lovely new home card using the new Quirky Quilts papers and an old favourite of mine the "At Home" stamp set.

This one can be a bit fiddly with paper piecing the image but you could colour it instead.
I have used:

Little Claire "At Home" stamp set.
Little Claire Paper Pack - Quirky Quilts
Blank white card
Clear embossing powder

1. First off I used the purple sheet of Quirky Quilts papers to cover the blank card but I did add a little grey distress ink around the edges.

2. I then stamped the image onto a piece of white card using the memento black ink and then I clear embossed it.

3. I paper pieced the image using the green and pink piece of Quirky Quilts papers. I again inked the edges and matted it onto a piece of pale blue card. Then the card was inked. I adhered the image to the card using 3D pads.

4. I then cut out some of the hexagons from the purple sheet of Quirky Quilts paper and edged them with the distress ink.

5. Next I  embossed them a little to give them some shape.

I then randomly adhered them over the flat hexagons using 3D pads to give them a raised look.

I think this gives the card a lovely quilted look and it's a great idea for a new home card.

This month's Little Claire Monthly Stamp set is called "Lovely Hedgehogs" and is available here in the store.

Ive made some samples to show off these really cute stamps.

I've stamped the images with black memento and then clear embossed them to give them a nice outline to colour in with. I've used either Spectrum noirs or Chameleon pens.

For the die cuts I have used my Cameo Silhouette.

All the sentiments are included in the stamp set.

The set comes with 4 good sized stamps and 2 sentiments. It's available here   at just £8.99

Battery Tea Light Holders

Here are some really simple but pretty battery tea light holders that I just made.

The tumblers are from Wilko and are plastic and only cost £1. The cover is a Silhouette store file by Nic Squirrel and of course the stamp is a Gorjuss stamp called "I love you little rabbit". I've coloured the skin and hair and paperpieced the rest. I've used some battery operated tea lights to put inside.
